Let alone using sanitisers or washing hands with soap and water regularly to keep the virus at bay, some people can be seen carelessly sliding their hands along several surfaces in public places, walls, railings, elevators, and then happily passing on their luck to everyone they meet. No one will consider you rude. Everyone is aware about the reason behind reluctance in public etiquette, especially with regard to greeting each other. Also, let’s not make a mockery about it by knocking elbows or knees instead of shaking hands.
